* Ship to worldwide. If you cannot choose your country, please contact us. Maybe there will have some additional fees.
Handling time
* Handling time is within 3 business days after receiving clear payment. If there has China's holiday, such as Dragon's Day, China National Day, Spring Festival, the handling time will be delayed to 7 days
Shipping methods
* Generally, we use the Standard Shipping Method (Trackable). (Detailed shipping method and delivery time, it depends on different countries).
* Four-PX (4PX) is our shipping partner. After shipped, you can track it by the official website (http://m-track.4px.com/#/) or the 3rd party logistics tracking tool, like 17Track, AfterShip, etc.
To other countries, we will ship it by Registered Air Mail (25-35 business days).
* During holiday seasons (eg: Christmas Day etc.), it will take a longer time to deliver. Please keep patient.
* If you have not received your package after 30 days, please contact us and we will immediately act on it.
Delivery Time
To the United States order, generally, it will take about 10-15 days to deliver after shipping;
To some European countries order, like Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherland, it will take about 15-20 days to deliver after shipping.
Countries may exist remote and there will be another fee.
